7/6/11  We are excited to announce we are working with a company that manufactures fire draft management systems to control your pit temperature.  We are hope to become a distributor for them and will be designing their product into all of our smokers.  This is the must have accessory for your smoker!  We hope to be able to make a formal announcement soon!

6/20/11  We participated in the 3rd annual Festival Foods Rib Cookoff this past Saturday.  13 teams signed up to compete and we took 2nd place overall.  Thanks to Festival Foods and Nash Finch for a great contest and a great time!
